Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate international shipments of finished goods from manufacturers to fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate shipments and timely delivery of intermediate goods to manufacturers.
• Monitoring and controlling transportation costs.
• Maintain inventory movement reports for internal analytics and accounting.
• Analyze logistics costs per unit and implement strategies to optimize shipping expenses.
• Preparing and maintaining timely and accurate transportation documentation.
• Processing transportation invoices.
• Coordinate internal warehouse transfers and inventory re-destribution.
• Support Internal shipment coordination.
• Build and maintain internal tracking systems for real-time monitoring of stock and component locations.

Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain coordination, freight forwarding (US, EU, CN, MX, CA, AUS).
• Strong knowledge of global shipping processes, customs regulations, and international freight management.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing logistics documents for compliance and accounting purposes.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets) or Excel; strong data handling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple shipments across regions simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to act independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other language skills are an advantage.
• Experience working with fulfillment centers (Amazon) and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce. 
• Previous experience managing logistics for cosmetics or beauty products.
