We are looking for a Junior Product Coordinator to join our ambitious team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sample shipments and the delivery to relevant team members; 
• Manage basic customs clearance documentation and liaise with logistics providers as needed;
• Ensure timely delivery and tracking of parcels sent from the office to labs, partners, and vendors;
• Maintain office inventory of lab samples, finished goods, and PR stock;
• Keep the Product Library up to date with accurate records of all product iterations and packaging;
• Organize and store historical production batches and lab submissions for future reference;
• Place and follow up on sample orders with suppliers and R&D labs;
• Organize and prepare sample kits for upcoming launches, meetings, and testing sessions;
• Support the product development team with administrative tasks; 
• Support the product development team with coordination of media edits. 

Qualifications: 

• Current student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, or a related field;
• Proficient in Google Suit;
• Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail;
• Positive, proactive, and driven —  a natural self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be asked;

Bonus Skills:

• Passionate about makeup and cosmetics, with a genuine interest in the beauty industry;
• Familiarity with compliance or regulatory documentation is a plus;
• Experience coordinating with international vendors or freight forwarders.

• Monthly salary EUR 1000-1500 gross, depending on work experience and skills;
