We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join one of our product development teams to effectively lead the team through the development process and ensure quality and on-time delivery of solutions following modern development principles.

The team we are looking for a colleague is one among several teams dedicated to developing and upholding client-side solutions for our systems. In this team, you will lead developers - Back-end, Front-end, as well as QA and work with the Product Owner to implement, develop, and maintain solutions in areas such as driver time tracking, customer self-service, and integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device data into the existing range of solutions.

Your tasks will be:

• Overseeing software development in alignment with priorities established by the Product Manager;
• Organizing the work of the development team, fostering communication and collaboration within the team, and driving it towards the goals;
• Working closely with the Product Manager during initial planning and defining business requirements;
• Creating technical solutions, assessing technical risks and alternatives, and crafting solution architectures;
• Engaging in solution programming, particularly in project initial stages or for complex problems, including proof-of-concept prototyping;
• Conducting regular retrospectives, analyzing outcomes, and implementing process enhancements based on insights gained;
• Promoting a culture of documentation within the team, emphasizing its importance and ensuring its maintenance;
• Identifying, recording, and resolving technical debt;
• Fostering team growth through regular one-on-one meetings, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives.

We expect from you:

• Previous experience in the role of Technical Lead or equivalent;
• Proficiency in programming, with a preference for web development, and extensive familiarity with associated technologies such as PHP, MySQL, NoSQL, Docker, Redis, Git, CI/CD, Automated Tests, Caching, Metrics, and Monitoring. Experience in handling large datasets and real-time data processing will be an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of solution architecture (principles, types, and patterns), design patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices;
• Understanding of the non-functional requirements of development and solutions - maintainability, scalability, reliability, security, performance, availability, and privacy;
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth;
