Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end development of new beauty and skincare products from ideation through launch, aligning with brand vision, innovation strategy, and market trends.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, operations, creative, and marketing team members to ensure cohesive execution of product launches.
• Manage critical path timelines and product development calendars to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
• Brief manufacturers with clear product requirements including texture, claims, ingredients, packaging compatibility, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead  packaging development to ensure alignment of formula and component from early stages through production.
• Review lab submissions and product iterations, ensuring all formulations meet brand standards, safety, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Manage relationships with external partners including labs, manufacturers, packaging vendors,
• Collaborate with Regulatory Project Manager oversee formula stability, compatibility, and clinical/user testing processes, ensuring documentation is thorough and results are integrated into final decisions.
• Monitor global compliance and regulatory requirements across markets (including US, EU, and international), partnering with regulatory team to ensure readiness.
• Analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer insights to proactively identify whitespace opportunities and inform the innovation pipeline.
• Partner with operations to ensure product viability at scale, maintaining focus on quality, cost, and operational feasibility.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of launch plans and post-launch improvements.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in product development within the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
• Proven track record of launching successful beauty or skincare products in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of formulation development, claims substantiation, and cosmetic regulations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project management platforms (e.g. Asana).
• Experience working directly with labs and third-party manufacturers.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Future-forward thinker who can connect consumer insights to product innovation.
• Passionate about high-performance beauty and staying ahead of market trends.

• Monthly salary EUR 2500-3500  gross, depending on work experience and skills;
