Mapon, a fast-growing telematics and fleet management company, is looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to join our team in Lund. If you're fluent in Swedish and English, passionate about providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
🔍 Your role
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our technology. Your mission is to provide high-quality support across multiple channels, manage client-related logistics, and ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
✅ Responsibilities
- Provide first-line customer support in Swedish and English by phone, email and live chat
- Solve problem requests and escalate when needed
- Train and consult clients on system use
- Manage customer data in internal systems
- Coordinate local device orders and warehouse processes
- Assist with device installation planning and support technicians remotely
- Monitor and improve Mapon systems based on customer feedback
- Stay updated on product changes and services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service guidelines
- Support colleagues during absences and perform additional tasks when required
👤 Ideal candidate
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support or call center roles (preferably in IT, logistics, or SaaS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High computer literacy
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
